Beginning My Dance Journey
Engaging my entire body with my mind to improve my general well-being. Dancing for exercise promotes a healthier mind, inspires myself with the music I like, and improves my self-confidence. People may think, dancing is not for them, but believe that dancing is for everyone. That everyone can dance! In silence or with music, our mind has its ways to create new gestures, rhythms, or ways of inhabiting space around us.
